Following a kidnapping in Berlin
The Federal Foreign Office is to declare the official representative of the Vietnamese intelligence agencies at the Embassy of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in Germany persona non grata. He will be given 48 hours to leave Germany.

According to Federal Foreign Office spokesperson Martin Schäfer, there is "no reasonable doubt" that the Vietnamese Embassy was involved in an abduction in Berlin.
