The Beijing Declaration with its Platform for Action was adopted in 1995 at the Fourth World Conference of Women in Beijing. It is considered one of the most significant international gender equality resolutions. The 25th Anniversary of the Beijing Declaration has an essential influence on international gender equality politics. The present report shows the German Government’s provisions undertaken between 2014 and 2019 concerning the Beijing Declaration’s twelve focal points. This report also identifies the gender equality priority areas for the next five years.
