18.06.12: Chancellor Angela Merkel arrives in the Mexican resort of Los Cabos for the two-day G20 summit.
In the G20, the world's leading industrialised nations and emerging economies consult on international economic cooperation.
At the start of the summit the Mexican President, Felipe Calderon, welcomes the Chancellor.

Europe's sovereign debt crisis was the main issue on the agenda of the G20's plenary session.
"This G20 summit is taking place at a time when growth and employment are at the top of the agenda on every continent," said Angela Merkel.
