Heiko Maas is Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs. He was Federal Minister of Justice and Consumer Protection in the past cabinet. The fully qualified lawyer, who was born in Saarlouis in 1966, was Deputy Minister-President of Saarland from 2012 to 2013.
