Andreas Scheuer is Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure. From 2009 to 2013 he was Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister of Transport, Building and Urban Development, and Federal Government Coordinator for Goods Transport and Logistics. He has been a Member of the German Bundestag since 2002.
