30 years ago, on 12 September 1990, the Two Plus Four Agreement was signed by the two German states and the four Allies, leaving the way free for German reunification. It was also a milestone in European unity. Ambassador Inga Skujiņa was part of the Baltic Way in 1989, while Peter Hartmann was involved in the two Plus Four negotiations. In this film they talk about the historic moments they experienced.
